Purpose

We process the data entered in this portal exclusively to register and maintain suppliers, to perform the due diligence required for vendor creation, and to make payments.

Data

Company and contact data, tax registrations (PAN, GSTIN, MSME/Udyam), bank details and the uploaded documents. Bank account numbers and documents are stored encrypted.

Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory retention periods afterwards.

Security

Access requires a password and a second factor (authenticator app). All access to supplier data is logged.
